Non-profit rates available for tax-exempt 501c3 organizations (in parenthesis) for fund raising and charity events.
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday:
8:00am – 5:00pm $50.00 per hour ($20.00)
5:00pm – 12:00am $100.00 per hour ($40.00)
All day (8:00am – 12:00am): $800.00 ($300.00)
Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays:
8:00am – 5:00pm $100.00 per hour ($40.00)
5:00pm – 1:30am $175.00 per hour* ($80.00) *Five hour minimum rental period
All day (8:00am – 1:30am): $2,000.00 ($800.00)
Security Deposit rates (refundable, due with rental agreement contract)
Daytime event: $150.00 without alcohol, $350 with alcohol
All day or evening event: $300.00 without alcohol, $500.00 with alcohol
Note: Rental Fee (including Security Deposit) must be paid in full, no less than 30 days before event. Cancellation within 90 days of the event will result in renter’s forfeit of deposit. Cancellation less than 30 days prior to rental date will result in forfeit of all fees.
Additional Fees: If security is required, fee (per hour/officer) payable directly to Durham Police Department is approximately $25.00 (http://durhamnc.gov/ich/op/DPD/Pages/Secondary-Info.aspx). If alcohol is served, rentee must acquire and pay for any required permits or licenses from the North Carolina ABC (http://abc.nc.gov/permits/special.aspx).
Rates are subject to change without notice. Rental rates are fixed once under contract.
