Welcome to the Trotter Building! Our 6,000-square-foot event space is available for daytime, evening, or full day rentals on weekdays and weekends.
The historic Trotter Building is conveniently located at 410 West Geer Street in Durham, NC. Our neighbors include Fullsteam Brewery, Motorco Music Hall, Geer Street Garden, the Durham Athletic Park (DAP), ManBites Dog Theater, and the Central Park School for Children. Originally built as a car dealership in 1947, the Trotter Building is now home to several local businesses, including Patanjali’s Place yoga studio and CrossFit Durham fitness center. In addition, the original auto showroom, with its arched ceiling and exposed steel trusses, provides ample, attractive space for event hosting (check out some of our Past Events).
